I cannot say enough good things about Stacy Cottrell at the WorkOne office in Terre Haute.

I walked into WorkOne during one of the hardest transitional seasons of my life. I was changing chapters, looking for a new career path, and honestly expecting to just fill out paperwork and move on. What I got instead was someone who genuinely cared about my future.
Stacy helped me get into the CDL program and made the entire process quick, simple, and clear. She explained every step, stayed on top of deadlines, and made sure I always knew what was happening. During winter scheduling issues and while I was navigating the school program, she consistently had my back. She checked in regularly, made sure the school was treating me right and training me properly, and kept me motivated when things felt overwhelming.

After I completed the program, she did not stop there. She went above and beyond helping me find the right job fit and even assisted me with getting connected to the Operator’s Union to set me up for long term success. That level of continued support is rare.
Stacy is professional, knowledgeable, and one of the most positive people I have worked with. She simplified what could have been a stressful and confusing process and truly changed the direction of my life.

As a father of two young boys, this was not just about me. It was about creating stability and a future for my family. Stacy played a major role in making that happen, and I am forever grateful.
